These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website luneo-entertainment.com. The provider is Brainwave Entertainment GmbH, Starhembergstraße 7, 4020 Linz, Austria ("we"). Luneo Entertainment is a brand of Brainwave Entertainment GmbH. You'll find all company details in the legal notice.
A consumer is any natural person entering into a transaction mainly for private purposes. A business is anyone acting in the course of their trade or independent profession. We only accept different terms if we expressly agree to them.
2. Our website
This website introduces our studio, our Terra Engine and our games. Using it is free and requires no account. We don't sell anything through this website, and no contract for goods or services is concluded here.
Call Me Human is in development: names, images and plans we show may change. Information about content, platforms and dates describes our plans, not promises. We aim to keep the website available at all times, but there is no entitlement to this.
3. Content, copyright and trademarks
All texts, images, artwork, logos and screenshots on this website are protected by copyright. The names and marks Luneo Entertainment, the Luneo logo, Terra Engine and Call Me Human belong to Brainwave Entertainment GmbH.
Without our permission, the following is not allowed: copying, distributing, editing or commercially using the content, removing copyright notices, and using the content to train AI models. Uses permitted by law, such as quotations, remain unaffected. For anything else, including press inquiries, ask us via the contact form.
4. Liability for content
We create the content of this website with care, but we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. As this website is a free offer, we are otherwise only liable for intent and gross negligence. Mandatory statutory liability, for example under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
